Kick-start your new CRM knowledge with Donorfy Training: Fundamentals I.

During this 2.5-hour session, you will learn the fundamentals of Donorfy CRM. This course will take you through the signing in process, platform navigation and show you helpful resources. You’ll learn about constituent types and take an in-depth look into how to manage the profile of your donors. You will also have the opportunity to practice within our training environment.

Whether you are new to Donorfy, or simply need to refresh your knowledge, this course is for you.

This is part one of two training courses. Following this course, we would highly recommend taking our Fundamentals II course.
